Sample: How to read the price board
Sample post only. It shows how the News tab works. It is not a market report.
This is a sample post. It is here so the News tab is not empty. It is not news about the market.
Market price. The market price is the median. Sort the sellers from low to high and take the middle price. If there is an even number of sellers, it is the average of the two middle prices.
Lowest price. The lowest price is the cheapest offer we saw, and the name of the seller who listed it. On a marketplace, that offer can be lower than the price we use for that seller in the median.
Chip-hour. Every price on this site is in US dollars for one chip for one hour.
Futures. Futures prices are a separate snapshot. They are not part of the market price.
